The role combines Deploy resource operations with internal IT, development, and tenant operations.

The position spends roughly half its time with Deploy Operations and half with the internal IT team.

Handle resourcing requests from Sales and Project Leads and clarify skills, language, location, and date requirements.
Match requests to available consultants using capacity, bench, allocation, skills, and service catalogue data.
Verify availability before customer commitments and identify conflicts, gaps, and overbooking risks.
Maintain resourcing data in the ERP and Operating App for bookings, allocations, forecasts, and actuals.
Support weekly resourcing reviews, data quality checks, demand visibility, and follow-up activities.
Forecast skills gaps and future hiring or upskilling needs and escalate conflicts to leadership.
Use AI tools to support the development of AI-native operations.

Administer the production tenant, including Entra identities and groups, licenses, Teams, SharePoint, devices, and access requests.
