- Performs advanced ERP data entry for complex projects
- Resolves non-routine discrepancies
- Reviews OSS I and II work for accuracy
- Maintains records and documentation
- Manages contract review and stewardship
- Resolution of complex document control and closeout issues
- Mentors OSS I and II
- Supports SOP development
- Serves as the primary subject matter expert within the assigned specialty area, providing advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, technical guidance, and recommendations for process improvement
- Organized, detail oriented team member with ability to work independently and exercise sounds judgement.
- Ability to read and interpret general business documents such as contracts, job data entry and ERP input instructions
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to take direction, then take ownership
- Trustworthy, dependable, and able to consistently follow through
- Self-starter mentality; comfortable operating with limited oversight
