Responsibilities
- Execute and book investment transactions accurately across multiple portfolios
- Verify trade details and monitor settlement activities
- Resolve trade breaks and operational exceptions
- Coordinate with brokers, custodians, counterparties, and internal stakeholders
- Perform portfolio reconciliations and support corporate actions
- Prepare investment reports and transaction records
- Support Portfolio Managers with day to day operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
- Assist with audits and drive continuous process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years' experience in investment operations, trade support, or portfolio administration
- Strong knowledge of trade booking, settlement, and reconciliation
- Mandatory experience with derivatives, FX forwards, futures, ISDA agreements, and give up agreements
- Understanding of custodial operations and post trade processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Overview
- Azimut (DIFC) Limited is seeking an Operations Support Officer – Investments to support our Investments team.
- Reporting directly to the Head of Investments, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accurate execution, settlement, reconciliation, and operational support of investment transactions across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and book investment transactions accurately across multiple portfolios.
- Verify trade details and monitor settlement activities.
- Resolve trade breaks and operational exceptions.
- Coordinate with brokers, custodians, counterparties, and internal stakeholders.
