As an Operations Support Manager , you'll be the key operational link across a group of Medivet clinics, working closely with our Partners, Lead Vets and wider Network team to ensure our practices run smoothly and consistently.
This is a varied, field-based role with no direct line management , but plenty of opportunity to make a real impact. You'll provide hands-on operational support across your clinics, helping with everything from recruitment and onboarding to rotas, facilities, compliance and day-to-day problem solving.
You'll work closely with the Network Administrator and wider support teams to identify issues, coordinate solutions and ensure our clinics have everything they need to deliver excellent patient and client care.
Supporting the day-to-day operations 5 clinics, visiting each site regularly
Working closely with Partners and Lead Vets to resolve operational challenges
Coordinating recruitment, interviews and onboarding of new team members
Managing rotas, resource planning, leave and locum requirements
Supporting payroll, finance, stock and invoice processes
Coordinating maintenance, facilities and accommodation requirements
Ensuring Health & Safety and compliance requirements are completed

The role operates on a rotation, including approximately 1 in 6 weekends , ensuring operational support is available across the network.
We're looking for an organised, proactive and solutions-focused individual who enjoys working across multiple locations and building strong relationships with different teams.
You'll ideally have 3+ years' experience in an operations, field management or multi-site environment , with experience of coordinating people, recruitment and day-to-day service delivery.
You'll need:
A full UK driving licence
E xcellent organisation and planning skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Confidence managing multiple priorities and locations
Good attention to detail, particularly around rotas, payroll and compliance
A proactive approach to problem solving
Experience working with operational systems such as Workday, Excel and Outlook
Experience within a veterinary, healthcare or other multi-site service environment would be advantageous.
