Role overview
Join Swissport's Performance & Planning team as an Operations Support Data Analyst.
Transform operational data into meaningful insights and high-quality performance reporting.
Support data accuracy, global reporting standards, and operational decision-making.
The role is remote, but travel to Swissport stations across the UK will be required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operational data journey from capture to reporting and insight.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
- Validate data across Dayforce, CargoSpot, DCM, FSC, iCare, ACL, and Power BI.
- Support system administration, DCM compliance, and month-end reporting.
- Develop bespoke reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Monitor regional KPIs and align reporting with global standards.
- Provide data-driven insights to regional and global stakeholders.
- Improve data quality, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain documentation and support audits, station start-ups, and training.
