Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Supervisor will be responsible for all facets of the operations on the shift, and this involves leading all aspects of health and safety, operational performance, customer relations, continuous improvement, and people development.

Five (5) years Distribution experience (3PL experience would be an asset)
At least two (2) years supervisory experience, preferably in a 3PL Operations role
MHE (reach/walkie) experience required.
Computer literacy in MS software AS400, SAP and UKG Pro experience an asset.
Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
