Overview
Operations Supervisor (Onsite, Full-time) — Meal Subscription Brand
Location
Riyadh \|
Reports to:
GM/Founder \|
Role
Own daily execution across
production, packing, dispatch, and delivery reliability
.
Ensure consistent quality, strong team performance, and scalable routines.
Responsibilities
- Run daily production planning and kitchen workflow (recipes, portioning, QC)
- Oversee packing/labeling accuracy (allergens, names, dates, quantities)
- Coordinate dispatch readiness and drive on-time delivery performance
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, temperature logs, and SOP compliance
- Ensure team always comply with SOPs, checklists, and maintain high quality standards
- Lead schedules, attendance, training, and performance of ops team
- Track KPIs and produce daily/weekly reports (productivity, waste, OTD)
Requirements (Must-Have)
- **8+ years**
- food operations experience (5 Stars hotels/catering)
- **3+ years**
- supervisor/team lead experience
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication and organization skills
