Daily Field Supervision and Allocation
- Assign daily job schedules, route plans, and client appointments to technician teams through an app or dispatch sheet.
- Conduct morning toolbox talks covering job orders, safety precautions, and client-specific requests.
- Monitor live job progress across Abu Dhabi sites and ensure technicians arrive on time.
Quality Control and Technical Support
- Perform on-site quality checks during and after jobs to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Assist field crews with complex AC, electrical, or plumbing troubleshooting.
- Verify digital Job Completion Certificates and customer sign-offs before crews leave the site.
Materials and Vehicles
- Check technician van inventories daily and ensure tools, spare parts, and safety gear are stocked.
- Submit requests for non-standard spare parts to the store or procurement team.
- Monitor company vehicle condition, report maintenance needs, and verify fuel logs.
Client Interaction and Escalation
- Act as the immediate point of contact for clients while technicians are on site.
- Resolve minor customer concerns and extra-work requests and escalate major issues to the Operations Manager.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure residential properties are left clean and undamaged.
Pay
- AED 5,000–8,000 per month.
Work Location
- In person across field service locations in Abu Dhabi.
Requirements
- Ability to supervise technician teams and coordinate daily field service work across residential sites.
- Technical familiarity with AC, electrical, or plumbing work sufficient to support complex on-site troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in person across field locations in Abu Dhabi.
