Operations Supervisor - Calgary Part Time (Weekend)

The selected candidate for this Operations Supervisor role will meet the following minimum requirements:

• Must have a Class 5 and/or G license, passenger car or light truck, with a minimum of 5 years actual driving experience at that level, and a clean driver abstract, with no violations or accidents within the last 3 years
• University Degree or College Diploma in Business or equivalent relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in a multi-disciplinary environment with a scheduling component
• Must be able to drive a truck, as shown by providing a valid license and a clean driver’s abstract
• Ability to provide direction, motivation, training, and support to staff members
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
• Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Superior customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong computer skills with proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, photocopiers, fax machines, multi-line telephone systems, etc.
• Able to work in a busy, multi-tasked environment
• Knowledge of diabetes an asset
• Second language an asset
• Available to work weekends; schedule can vary between 7 am-7 pm
