Role Overview

About the role:
As a Supervisor, Development and Operations , you will lead the day-to-day activities of Westinghouse's manufacturing laboratory and shop facilities while supporting the successful delivery of engineering, fabrication, assembly, and testing projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations across manufacturing laboratory and shop facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and nuclear requirements.
- Manage manufacturing personnel, technical designers, and drafing resources, including work planning, scheduling, resource allocation, coaching, and performance management.
- Coordinate fabrication, assembly, testing, and project execution activities to support cost, schedule, and quality commitments.
