Overview
Amazon is looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead a team, track attendance, and ensure productivity. The role involves managing daily operations, training associates, and maintaining safety standards.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Support daily management of department duties
- Assign work to associates to support workflow and daily production goals
- Conduct standup briefs, deliver associate feedback, and conduct floor audits
- Support in training and up-skilling new associates
- Support in tracking, trending, and reporting of departmental metrics
- Analyze and understand reasons behind meeting departmental KPIs
- Track, report, and maintain hours and schedules
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents
- Improve flow of product through the station
- Identify and address safety hazards
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks
