Role Overview
Support daily department operations, team productivity, workflow, and company performance goals.
Work alongside the Shift Manager to track attendance and workflow and resolve operational issues.
Lead by example while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple short- and long-term tasks.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Support daily management of department duties.
- Assign work to associates to support workflow and daily production KPIs and goals.
- Conduct standup briefings, deliver feedback, perform floor audits, and complete vehicle inspections.
- Train and upskill new associates.
- Track, trend, and report departmental metrics and analyze reasons for success or failure against goals.
- Track and maintain hours and schedules.
- Review and update standard operating procedure documents as required.
- Improve product flow through the station.
- Identify and address safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.
- Understand daily workflow, production goals, and associate staffing levels.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
