Role description

Full-time, onsite Operations Supervisor role based in Abu Dhabi.

The position oversees daily ambulance operations to ensure timely, safe, and compliant medical transportation services.

The role coordinates schedules, staff assignments, vehicle deployment, service quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Core responsibilities

  • Oversee daily ambulance operations and coordinate schedules, staff assignments, and vehicle deployment.
  • Monitor service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Support and guide emergency medical teams and address escalated operational issues.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and client representatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships and high service standards with clients and healthcare partners.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Strong supervisory skills to lead, mentor, and support operational and field staff.
  • Analytical skills to review performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare professional licensing, healthcare facility licensing, and First Aid Post registration.
  • Clear and professional communication with team members, clients, and healthcare partners.
  • Strong knowledge of DOH audit and compliance documentation.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in ambulance services, healthcare operations, or emergency services supervision is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, safety standards, and incident reporting procedures is an advantage.
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field is preferred.

Workplace and schedule

  • The role is explicitly full-time and onsite in Abu Dhabi.
  • Flexible shift availability is required, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
