Coordinate with customers, overseas offices, and internal teams for smooth shipment execution and proactive communication.
Lead and support the Import Operations team to achieve service and operational objectives.
Ensure timely billing, invoice dispatch, portal uploads, approval tracking, and payment follow-up.
Handle customs-related queries, especially for DDP shipments, with Customs House Agents.
Manage White Glove deliveries, transportation coordination, and system updates.
Review monthly Pathway Loss Reports and take corrective actions where required.
Conduct weekly GTC file audits and ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
