Core Responsibilities
- Bring structure, accountability, planning, coordination, and performance management across the organization.
- Work closely with department heads to review their performance and plans.
- Identify operational gaps and provide management with clear and timely reports, recommendations, and action plans.
- Take ownership of operations and ensure departments work according to agreed plans and deadlines.
- Drive improved efficiency, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Required Capabilities
- Strong leadership, decision-making, follow-up, problem-solving, planning, and cross-department coordination skills are required.
