The Operations Supervisor is responsible for carrying out process that facilitate manufacturing excellence through demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of continuous improvement in all manufacturing core competencies including safety, quality, growth, and productivity. This is largely a physically active role including walking long distances (over uneven surfaces) to/within our production facility, lifting 50lbs or more, and standing for long periods. Position also requires bending, stooping, squatting or standing as necessary. Cognitive abilities required include deductive reasoning, information ordering, oral comprehension, oral expression, problem sensitivity, written comprehension, and written expression.
This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Evening and weekend work will be required as job duties demand.
Minimum of 5years of manufacturing experience in fasteners or steel products.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001
B.S. degree is preferred but a combination of higher education and experience will be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree
Bilingual English/Spanish language skills is a plus
Manufactures and distributes fasteners and industrial hardware for infrastructure.
