Job Summary
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day venue operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and maintaining guest satisfaction. They coordinate staff, enforce safety protocols, and optimize operational efficiency to enhance the overall guest experience and uphold organizational standards. Additionally, they contribute to revenue generation and the success of the entertainment venue through effective management and supervision.
Job Responsibilities 1
- Supervise and Lead research, development and execution of all Consumer Event Operations.
- Collaborate with Entertainment Theming, Operations, Production, Tactical Events and Theatrical Services teams to achieve project goals and objectives including the Consumer Events rehearsals, installations etc.
- Supervise Consumer Events and Entertainment Department expense, labor, and capital budgets that align with Park and Departmental objectives, including requisitions, purchase orders, tracking and follow up.
- Supervise the recruitment, hiring, development, performance and evaluation of the internal Consumer Events teams.
- Supervise the quality assurance of Consumer Events product and support areas.
- Develop, implement, and supervise the Consumer Events department training programs.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Accountable for inventory level.
