Position Overview
Operations Specialist supporting the Operations Office and Support Services functions.
The role supports the Central Office and ISG schools in Al Maha, Dammam, Jubail, and Sara Village.
The position reports to the ISG Operations Manager and Director of Operations.
Position Details
- Location is Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, with the school/site identified as Central Office.
- The position is classified as Support Staff in the Operations Office.
- The schedule is 210 work days at 8 hours per day.
- The position status is full time and starts as soon as possible.
General Responsibilities
- Respond to urgent maintenance and custodial requests and dispatch them to appropriate personnel.
- Manage Support Services inbox communications and inquiries.
- Track and assign maintenance requests through applications to designated teams.
- Process procurement requests and finance documents, source vendors, coordinate deliveries, and review contractor invoices.
- Organize monthly maintenance schedules and coordinate with pest control, fire safety, pool testing, and other contractors.
- Maintain office, IT, and maintenance supply inventories.
- Process signage requests for doors, tables, and plaques.
