Role Overview
Support management with the day-to-day running of renovation and fit-out projects.
The role involves work across multiple project sites in Dubai.
Site and Project Coordination
- Visit project sites and monitor daily progress.
- Coordinate site supervisors, labourers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Follow up on pending works, site requirements, and deadlines.
- Provide management with photos, videos, progress reports, and site issue updates.
- Identify problems or delays and escalate them quickly.
- Organize labour and coordinate workers between project locations when required.
Procurement and Materials
- Visit building material suppliers and hardware stores to obtain quotations and compare prices.
- Source materials, tools, and equipment based on quality and price.
- Collect supplier and subcontractor quotations and prepare basic price comparisons.
- Purchase and collect urgent materials when required.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure the correct materials and quantities reach each project site.
- Follow up with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers on orders, quotations, and delivery schedules.
