Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management across retail locations with precision and discretion
- Coordinate logistics, including product deliveries, restocking, and order fulfillment
- Manage client communication across digital platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) with a refined and brand aligned tone
- Support sales activities during exclusive events, exhibitions, and pop ups
- Maintain detailed and accurate reporting using Microsoft Excel
- Assist in processing and packaging online orders with attention to detail and brand standards
- Liaise with retail partners to ensure optimal product presentation and availability
- Monitor stock levels and prepare insightful inventory reports
- Support social media engagement and content coordination in line with brand identity
- Assist in event preparation, including product handling, setup, and coordination
- Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring a high touch, personalized experience
- Support visual merchandising to reflect the brand’s aesthetic and luxury positioning
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client centric mindset
- Previous experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or fashion is highly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- UAE driving license (required)
