About The Role
This role focuses on high-volume hourly recruitment to support the ambitious growth of our Western Canada operations.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for staffing needs, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for our industrial and operational sites.

What They’ll Accomplish
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for hourly industrial roles across the Western Canada region – British Columbia and Alberta.
- Partner with regional managers to intake vacancy requirements and set recruitment timelines.
- Proactively source candidates through local job boards, community outreach, and digital sourcing tools.
- Screen candidates for technical fit and strong alignment with Amrize’s safety-first culture.
- Maintain 100% data integrity within the SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage the candidate experience from application to offer.
- Provide regular status updates to the GM regarding time-to-fill metrics and pipeline health.
- Collaborate with the broader TA team to share regional market intelligence and best practices.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
- Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: intake, posting, sourcing, screening, and offer support.
- Utilize various job boards and tools to build local pipelines.
- Support Local Pay Administrators with offer letter creation and background check coordination.
- Ensure all recruitment activities align with Amrize brand and process standards.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or equivalent professional experience.
Required Work Experience
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience; experience in industrial/construction/manufacturing is an asset.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Travel Requirements
10%.
A valid driver's license is required in order to be considered for this role.
Additional Requirements
- Strong organizational skills to manage high volume recruitment activities
- Excellent communication skills.
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
