Lead and coordinate execution readiness activities across Safety, Planning, Logistics, Material Management, Quality, Construction, and Commissioning teams.
Manage and maintain project execution readiness plans, schedules, milestones, and tracking tools.
Monitor project readiness metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify project risks, delays, and deviations from planned schedules, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Support execution readiness activities until project site teams are fully mobilized.
Coordinate with internal manufacturing, supply chain, and project stakeholders to ensure material and component readiness.
Provide operational and project management support to projects in execution as required.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project planning and execution.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 4 years of project management or related experience, preferably within renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial projects.
Knowledge of the full lifecycle of large-scale projects.
Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contract implementation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Effective negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of financial management principles and project controls is preferred.
Ability to travel up to 25% throughout Canada and occasionally to the United States as business needs require.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and maintain authorization throughout employment. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
Ability to obtain and maintain eligibility to travel internationally, including to the United States when required for business purposes.
Driving is an essential function of the job. Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under our corporate auto insurance policy. This position will be subject to periodic driver's abstract checks to confirm continued insurability.
