Operations Program Manager, Contracting

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to enable the global Google.org team to meet its contracting and funding goals, with a focus on delivery and issue resolution.
• Collaborate globally with external partners, such as vendor operations and donor-advised funds, to set objectives, implement process improvements, and monitor vendor team performance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders across legal, compliance, partnerships, and finance to align goals and drive process improvements.
• Serve as a domain expert on legal policies, workflows, and tools to help stakeholders navigate operational processes.
• Drive change management for strategic and operational areas by developing transition plans, performing implementation risk analyses, and providing process training.
