Operations Program Management Intern - Fall 2026/Winter 2027

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, business, or a related field.

Interest in hardware product development, robotics, consumer electronics, automotive systems, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and details.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in working across technical and non-technical teams.

Analytical and comfortable using data to understand problems and inform decisions.

Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking questions, and learning new technical concepts.

Experience with project management, engineering projects, manufacturing, robotics teams, internships, or student organizations is a plus but not required.

The hourly rate for this position is $47/hr for Undergrad, $53/hr for Graduate students, and $58/hr for PhD students. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Interns are eligible to receive the following benefits: Paid vacation time, sick leave, holiday pay and 401K savings plan. This position and all associated benefits are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as the Company’s policies and eligibility criteria.
