The Operations Planning Manager is a part-time, remote role.

The position coordinates and optimizes operational and production plans to support business goals.

Develop short- and medium-term capacity and production schedules.
Monitor performance indicators and adjust plans to changing demand.
Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance teams to support resource utilization, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze data and prepare planning reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements.
Participate in remote meetings and align stakeholders around planning priorities.
Maintain accurate documentation in planning tools and systems.

Strong operational planning and planning skills are required.
Solid operations management experience is required.
Production planning capabilities are required.
Advanced analytical skills are required.
A degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
Experience with planning and ERP tools, spreadsheet software, and remote collaboration platforms is advantageous.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and independent working ability are expected.
