Role Description
Support operational planning, coordination, and continuous improvement across business activities.
Translate operational requirements into clear plans, coordinate resources and schedules, monitor execution, and support efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain operational plans, schedules, forecasts, reports, and performance tracking tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align resources, priorities, and timelines.
- Monitor operational progress and identify potential delays, capacity issues, or process gaps.
- Analyze operational data to support planning and decision-making.
- Assist with the development and implementation of process improvements.
- Maintain accurate operational records and follow up on action items.
- Support cross-functional communication and update plans in response to changing business needs.
- Identify practical solutions and contribute to a structured, efficient operating environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and translate findings into practical actions.
