Role Description
Help keep day-to-day operations organized, efficient, and aligned with business priorities.
Work with operations, supply chain, procurement, sales, and other teams to coordinate plans and monitor activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and update operational plans, monitor schedules and workloads, and coordinate resources.
- Prepare regular reports, review performance data, and keep operational information accurate.
- Identify delays, capacity gaps, or process issues and work with relevant teams on practical solutions.
- Communicate changes clearly and follow up on important tasks to keep operations moving smoothly.
Qualifications
- Understanding of operations planning, supply chain, logistics, or general business processes.
- Comfort working with schedules, operational data, reports, and performance indicators.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Familiarity with Excel or similar tools for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
- Clear communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and seek clarification when needed.
- Curious, proactive, team-oriented, and dependable approach to improving daily operations.
