Operations Officer Required

Role Overview

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Two years of cleaning experience is required.
• Previous experience in operations, coordination, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience in pest control, facility management, cleaning, or a service industry is advantageous.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills are required.
• The candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and basic computer operations is required.
• English language skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily operations.
• Schedule and assign service jobs to service teams.
• Communicate with customers about appointments, service requirements, and follow-ups.
• Monitor technician attendance, schedules, and job completion.
• Ensure services are delivered on time and according to company standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
• Prepare daily operations reports, service records, and job details.
• Coordinate with sales and management to execute customer requirements.
• Follow up on pending services, repeat treatments, and customer requests.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with operational efficiency and service process improvements.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as required.

Compensation

• Salary starts at AED 2,500 per month.

Workplace

• The work location is in person in Dubai.
