About the Role
IW Express is hiring an Operations Officer to support courier and logistics operations, coordinating inbound, outbound, and cross-border shipments. Candidates should have a diploma/degree in logistics or related field and 3+ years of experience in courier or logistics.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound, outbound, and cross border shipment operations
- Monitor linehaul movements, shipment status, and delivery timelines
- Manage sorting, dispatch planning, manifests, and handover processes
- Coordinate with customs, brokers, and partners to ensure smooth clearance
- Track operational performance and resolve shipment delays, exceptions, and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update operational systems
- Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and network expansion activities
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience in courier, logistics, freight, or last mile operations
- Knowledge of shipment handling, customs processes, and operational workflows
- Strong coordination, problem solving, and reporting skills
- Logistics/Courier: 3 years (Preferred)
