Role Overview
- An expanding quant/systematic prop trading firm are looking to make a newly created hire for its New York HQ office.
- The hire will join a new ‘investment pod’, working with a high calibre investment team, as an operations analyst with ownership for a specific group of tasks focused on this particular investment strategy.
- The hire will also own specific projects for the desk – they are typically focused on process automation / improvements for the line tasks that you run.

- Own specific projects for the desk focused on process automation / improvements for line tasks.
- Analyze large volumes of complex data.

Candidate Profile
- Candidates should have 1 3yrs relevant operations/middle office/trade support experience.
- A relevant degree with high GPA / generally very strong academics.
- Some form of advanced tech skills.
Compensation & Culture
- The role pays a base salary towards the top end of the market for a role at this experience level.
- Bonus potential that will allow a strong performer to earn a $200k+ year one TC.

Career Progression
