The Operations Manager turns complex data-project requirements into reliable execution, scalable capacity, and consistently high-quality delivery.
This is a hands-on role involving team building, workflow design, contractor coordination, and delivery management when conditions change.
The role works with Product from customer discovery through final delivery and feeds operational learnings into product and customer decisions.
What you will own
- Turn project goals into operating plans with clear owners, staffing, capacity, workflows, schedules, quality standards, and milestones.
- Build and support teams through hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and accountability.
- Run day-to-day execution while tracking progress, quality, cost, and risks.
- Coordinate people across teams and external partners, remove blockers, and keep decisions and handoffs clear.
