Operations Manager – Food Industry (UAE)
We are seeking an experienced **Operations Manager** to lead end-to-end operations for a growing company in the **meat import & distribution sector**.
**Scope includes:** supply chain, sales , cold storage, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain (import, sourcing, vendor management)
- Set up and lead the sales strategy
- Manage cold chain & warehousing operations
- Oversee distribution & on-time delivery performance
- Control wastage and optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure food safety compliance
- Drive KPIs and data-based decision-making
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in operations (Food / FMCG preferred)
- Strong experience in cold chain & distribution
- Proven leadership of multi-functional teams
- Results-driven with strong analytical mindset
- Arabic speaking is an advantage
