Role Overview
Lead the service team to deliver seamless services that meet individual client, family, and customer needs.
Ensure teams plan, organize, implement, and evaluate high-quality, responsive, and integrated services.
Attract, develop, and retain a high-performance frontline team while supporting effective systems and a positive workplace culture.
Schedule and Reporting
- This is a full-time permanent role with Monday to Thursday hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday hours of 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- On-call availability is required.
- The role reports to the Director, Operations.
Workplace
- This is a hybrid role based at the head office, with three in-office days and two work-from-home days.
- The role requires regular travel to various worksites and response to emergency situations.
Leadership and Operations
- Ensure funder obligations and key performance indicators are achieved.
- Oversee daily operations and remove barriers to service efficiency.
