The Role

  • Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to lead operational activities across customer service, warehousing, and fulfilment.
  • This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, developing staff, driving efficiency through systems such as Odoo ERP, and helping the business achieve its monthly targets.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across customer service, warehouse, and fulfilment teams
  • Develop schedules and allocate resources to support operational efficiency
  • Ensure all customer service issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor warehouse performance and maintain smooth operational flow
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop team members
  • Utilize Odoo ERP to support inventory, order management, and operational reporting
  • Track key performance indicators and drive achievement of monthly targets
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational best practices
  • Manage internal communications and ensure prompt response to operational emails
  • Collaborate with leadership to support sales growth and business objectives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of operations management experience within manufacturing, distribution, retail, or e commerce environments
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, fulfilment, and customer service
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Odoo
  • Oversee Shopify orders
  • Proven leadership and staff development capabilities
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on operational execution
  • Experience managing performance metrics and achieving business targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
