Sustainable Building Solutions (SBS PHOMI UAE) is seeking an Operations Manager with a Civil or Architectural Engineering background to oversee daily operations, project coordination, and execution within a growing building materials company.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and internal coordination
- Coordinate between sales, engineering, logistics, procurement, and installation teams
- Follow up projects from inquiry to handover
- Monitor project schedules, materials, and execution
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients
- Improve workflows and operational processes
Requirements
- Civil or Architectural Engineering background
- UAE experience in construction, fit-out, interiors, façade, or building materials
- Strong operations and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- UAE driving license
