Role Description
The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day clinic operations to support efficient, high-quality service delivery and an excellent patient experience.
The full-time, on-site role is based in Riyadh.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, workflows, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative teams.
- Monitor adherence to clinical and operational policies.
- Analyze operational performance and optimize processes.
- Manage vendors and supplies.
- Support budgeting and cost-control activities.
- Handle escalated issues and support quality-improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Contribute to strategic planning and implementation across the clinic.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management and healthcare administration skills, including clinic workflow optimization and resource planning.
- Proficiency in process improvement, performance monitoring, and using data and KPIs for operational decisions.
- Effective leadership and people management abilities, including team coordination, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and vendor management in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, patient safety principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A master's degree is an advantage.
- Previous healthcare operations management experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with clinic management systems and standard office software.
- Familiarity with KSA healthcare regulations is a plus.
