Operations Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operational workflow and ensure the readiness of operating rooms, recovery rooms, and supporting departments.
• Organize surgical schedules and coordinate between physicians, nursing, anesthesia, and relevant departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor the implementation of quality and patient safety policies and ensure compliance with infection control procedures and approved standards.
• Supervise the availability of medical equipment and supplies and manage inventory to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Supervise medical, administrative, and technical staff and organize work schedules and shifts.
• Monitor operational performance indicators and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
• Address daily operational challenges and complaints, and work on improving patient experience and enhancing overall performance within the center.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, or equivalent.
• Experience in managing medical centers or day surgery centers.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage teams.
