Role Overview
The Operations Manager will lead a cluster of premium residential communities in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
The role requires strong facility-management expertise, large-team management, multi-site operations, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction focus.
Requirements
- Candidates should have 8 to 15 years of proven facility-management experience, including at least 3 years in residential communities.
- Experience with large-team management and multi-site operations is required.
- Strong expertise in operational excellence and customer satisfaction is required.
- Education is listed as B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, or MBA.
Responsibilities
- Lead operations across more than 20 residential communities and ensure service delivery and SLA compliance.
- Conduct monthly site audits, track action items, and ensure timely closure.
- Drive contract renewals, client relationships, and customer satisfaction.
- Review monthly MMRs, operational performance, and key site metrics.
- Capture customer feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee invoicing and payment collections as part of end-to-end site operations.
- Recruit, train, and develop facility managers, supervisors, and helpdesk teams.
Compensation
- The salary is ₹10 to ₹15 lakhs per annum, also stated as ₹1,000,000 to ₹1,500,000 per year.
