Responsibilities
- Oversee the full operational flow of renovation and fit out projects
- Act as the main bridge between management and project execution teams
- Coordinate with site supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Review project requirements, timelines, budgets, manpower needs, and execution plans
- Manage daily operations across multiple projects
- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and timelines
- Ensure each project has a clear execution plan, manpower plan, and material schedule
- Work with estimators and management to review budgets, expected costs, and profitability
- Identify operational problems early and propose practical solutions
- Lead site teams, project supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors
- Prepare project status reports, risk reports, and performance summaries
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in operations, project management, construction, renovation, fit out, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or senior project leadership role
- UAE experience is preferred
- Experience in renovation, fit out, construction, MEP, finishing, or maintenance projects
- Strong understanding of site execution, manpower planning, material coordination, and subcontractor management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making ability
- Good understanding of budgets, project costs, margins, and operational efficiency
- Strong English communication skills
- UAE driving license is strongly preferred
