Operations Manager- Real Estate Development

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred.
• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant UAE experience in operations, project coordination, or business management is required.
• Previous experience in real estate development or construction is required.
• Experience developing SOPs, workflows, trackers, and management reports is required.
• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional internal teams is required.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of operational processes, project coordination, procurement, and resource planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with project-management and reporting platforms.
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving organization.
