Location and Experience
- The position is described as being located in Lonavala, Maharashtra.

Water Park Operations
- Manage daily opening, operating, and closing procedures for slides, attractions, pools, and guest facilities.
- Monitor attraction utilization, throughput, queues, waiting times, manpower, and operational resources.
- Develop and improve SOPs, checklists, operating standards, and park-floor management practices.
Guest Experience
- Monitor crowd movement, queues, guest pain points, escalated complaints, critical guest situations, guest satisfaction, and NPS.
- Promote a strong service and hospitality culture across the operations team.
Safety and Emergency Management
- Own guest and employee safety, including water, attraction, operational safety procedures, and lifeguard deployment.
- Conduct inspections, audits, mock drills, emergency preparedness activities, emergency response, and incident reporting.
- Coordinate with Security, Medical, and Engineering teams during emergencies and mitigate operational risks.
Team and Lifeguard Management
- Lead, motivate, train, and assess Lifeguard and Operations teams, including manpower planning, briefings, safety talks, and competency assessments.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, performance, discipline, accountability, teamwork, and safety.
Commercial and Maintenance Operations
- Support revenue and profitability targets through attendance, attraction utilization, ARPU, guest spending, and efficiency monitoring.
- Coordinate maintenance, breakdown recovery, preventive maintenance, pre-opening inspections, water systems, pumps, filtration, and attraction equipment.
- Maintain water quality, hygiene, cleanliness, guest facilities, and attraction safety standards.
MIS and Coordination
- Prepare and analyze MIS covering attendance, utilization, availability, downtime, queues, incidents, complaints, satisfaction, productivity, revenue, and ARPU.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Security, Medical, Housekeeping, F&B, Retail, Rentals, Ticketing, Sales, Marketing, HR, Training, and Finance.
Education and Experience
- A graduate degree in Hotel Management or any discipline is required.
- Hospitality, Recreation Management, or a related qualification is preferred.
- The experience section cites 8–12 years of relevant experience and 3–5 years in an Assistant Manager or managerial role.
- Strong Water Park Operations and Lifeguard Management experience is preferred.
