Job description

Operations and production

• Perform complex research and analysis and handle non-routine manufacturing inquiries.
• Supervise and manage all production functions safely and economically.
• Ensure production volume, schedules, cost, and quality targets are met.

People and performance management

• Provide direct supervision and training to manufacturing employees.
• Manage safety performance, product quality, employee communications, morale, and productivity.
• Serve as plant senior management representative during holidays, weekends, evenings, or night shifts when required.

Safety expectations

• Follow safety policies, identify hazards, and participate in continuous improvement to support 3M's Environmental Health and Safety culture.
