- Manage and supervise day to day operations of the pharmaceutical business and branches
- Ensure smooth workflow across sales, logistics, inventory, and customer service functions
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Monitor operational performance and prepare periodic reports for management
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and quality standards
- Oversee branch operations and ensure achievement of operational and financial targets
- Monitor branch performance, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction levels
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure proper stock availability and inventory control
- Handle operational issues and implement corrective actions when required
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, pharmacies, distributors, and key clients
- Lead, motivate, and manage operational and branch staff
