At Civeo, we create exceptional experiences for people living and working away from home. We're seeking a commercially minded and people-focused Operations Manager to play a pivotal leadership role across our Western Australian accommodation village portfolio.

Reporting into senior operational leadership, you will provide strategic and hands-on support to multiple village operations, driving performance, operational excellence, and service delivery across a diverse client base. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring the ability to influence at all levels, optimise operational outcomes, and ensure our sites consistently deliver safe, efficient and high-quality services.

Working across multiple locations, you will partner closely with Village Managers and functional leaders to strengthen capability, embed best practice, and deliver a seamless customer experience while balancing commercial, contractual and operational priorities.

Success in this role requires a leader who thrives in complex operational environments, has experience managing large-scale hospitality, accommodation, mining services or remote operations contracts, and can confidently navigate multiple stakeholders, clients and competing business demands.

Based in Perth, this role will involve regular FIFO travel to site, typically Tuesday through Thursday each week, providing direct operational support and leadership across our Western Australian villages.

Lead operational performance across multiple village locations, ensuring service excellence, compliance and commercial outcomes.

Provide coaching, guidance and support to Village Managers and site leadership teams.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted operational partner.

Drive consistency, governance and operational standards across all sites.

Partner with Finance, HSQE, IT, Retail Operations and other support functions to deliver business objectives.
