At Throttle & Thrive , we provide focused, trauma-informed care to First Responders and Veterans in our inpatient detox and residential treatment program.

We’re looking for a dedicated and driven Operations Manager to take the lead in daily operations including managing the BHT’s, compliance, facilities maintenance and more.

at a Glance :

• M anage and train the Behavioral Health Technicians
• Oversee all compliance and regulatory items to ensure the standards are met
• Ensuring the facility runs on time for all program items .
• Document all necessary items in Kipu
• Other duties in clude: m edication pass, taking vitals, CIWAS/COWS, computer work, group notes documentation, group facilitation, transportation , food ordering and food management, facility maintenance, vehicle inspections and more.
• You need to have a good understanding of how to use a computer and various software systems (Microsoft Office , Em a il a nd various online platforms)
• Complete all related documentation in Kipu EMR , onsite and within required timelines
• Respond to clinical crises and client needs with professionalism and therapeutic integrity
• Collaborate with a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team , including medical staff and clinical leadership, to support client progress
