Cybrid is seeking an Operations Manager to build the operating backbone for a fast-growing fintech company. You will own cross-functional processes, drive product rollouts, and support executive cadence.

Responsibilities
- Document, validate, and continuously improve Cybrid's core business processes
- Design and run Cybrid's operating cadence including weekly leadership sync, monthly all hands, and quarterly Rocks reviews
- Manage the quarterly Rock setting process from facilitation through documentation
- Build processes and procedures for rolling new products out to partners
- Partner with Compliance and Support to define and operationalize customer SLAs
- Support finance operation workflows including vendor and contract management
- Oversee device management across the company including procurement, provisioning, inventory, and deprovisioning
- Administer company wide tools and software such as Confluence and Jira
Requirements
- 4+ years in operations or business operations at a startup or scale up
- Excellent cross functional communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow through
- Hands on familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Kanban based ways of working
- A builder's mindset comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong program management instincts
- Naturally curious mindset

The Opportunity
- We're looking for an Operations Manager to build the operating backbone that supports Cybrid as we scale.
- You'll own the processes that keep a fast moving, cross functional company running.
- This is a hands on role for someone who sees the full picture, spots opportunities to improve, and puts systems in place.
What You'll Do Operational Strategy & Governance
- Document, validate, and continuously improve Cybrid's core business processes.
- Monitor adherence to operational processes and flag gaps before they become problems.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and drive automation initiatives.
What You'll Do Executive & Corporate Support
- Design and run Cybrid's operating cadence with clear agendas, action items, and follow through.
- Manage the quarterly Rock setting process from facilitation through documentation.
- Drive cross functional alignment on major company initiatives.
- Organize and maintain Kanban boards across teams.
- Provide program management and reporting on major Rocks and process initiatives.
What You'll Do Product Operations
- Build processes and procedures for rolling new products out to partners.
- Own and manage the program for product rollouts, keeping owners, milestones, and dependencies on track.
- Maintain the process for updating partner and customer agreements.
- Support product launch activities end to end.
What You'll Do Compliance & Customer Support
- Partner with Compliance and Support to define and operationalize customer SLAs.
- Ensure support and compliance workflows are documented, measurable, and consistently followed.
What You'll Do Finance Support
- Support finance operation workflows including vendor and contract management.
- Own the board meeting preparation process.
What You'll Do HR & IT Support
- Oversee device management across the company.
- Administer company wide tools and software (e.g., Confluence, Jira).
What You Bring
- 4+ years in operations or business operations ideally at a startup or scale up.

- Experience administering company wide SaaS tools and basic IT/device operations.
