Your role will involve managing budgets, overseeing business activities, streamlining workflows and allocating resources to maximize efficiency and profitability, implementing safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations.
Develop and implement training, policies, procedures, and programs to maintain a safe and secure work environment for the site.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), enforce quality control, and ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations
Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and manage scheduling
Manage financial forecasts, track operational budgets, and oversee inventory or supply chain logistics
Oversees operations to ensure that waste and production costs are minimized and there is conformance to safety and quality standards.
