Role overview
Manage daily operations for a new motorcycle service shop in Abu Dhabi.
The workshop will provide motorcycle maintenance, servicing, tire installation, detailing, and selected parts and accessories.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop operations.
- Supervise mechanics and detailing staff.
- Handle customer bookings, quotations, and job flow.
- Manage tires, parts, oils, and consumable inventory.
- Coordinate suppliers and purchasing.
- Monitor sales, costs, margins, and workshop performance.
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Improve productivity, turnaround time, and repeat business.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in motorcycle or automotive workshop operations.
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle servicing, tires, and maintenance.
- Experience managing technicians and workshop staff.
- Good customer service and sales skills.
- Strong inventory and supplier management skills.
- English is required.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Arabic is an advantage.
- A motorcycle license or strong motorcycle knowledge is a plus.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 5,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is performed in person.
