Role Overview
Established Search is hiring an Operations Manager to support continued business growth.
The role owns the operational infrastructure supporting consultants and works closely with the management team.
The successful candidate will become a trusted operational partner to the leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, right-to-work documentation, holidays, absence and other people administration.
- Own employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Calculate monthly consultant commissions and coordinate payroll information with the external accountant.
- Manage internal recruitment, including adverts, applications and first-stage interviews.
- Coordinate business travel, conferences, team events and other logistics.
- Support invoicing, aged debt and payment chasing.
- Own operational systems onboarding and effective system use.
- Build and improve processes as the businesses scale.
- Support the Managing Director with ad hoc projects and initiatives.
- Create content frameworks and briefs from commercial ideas for the external marketing partner.
Candidate Profile
- Be highly organised, proactive, commercially aware and dependable.
- Be comfortable taking ownership of multiple workstreams and working independently.
- Be able to juggle competing priorities and deal directly with senior stakeholders.
- Previous recruitment or executive search experience is particularly attractive, including recruitment operations, business support, executive assistance or recruiting experience.
- Be able to spot opportunities for improvement and take initiative to make things work better.
