About the Role
The Operations Manager oversees the overall performance and day-to-day functioning of the long-term rentals function.
The role coordinates Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and other supporting functions.
The role requires strong people leadership and commercial and operational understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee long-term rentals performance and daily operations.
- Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional teams.
- Set KPIs and ensure performance and business targets are achieved.
- Monitor revenue, costs, fleet utilization, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Improve processes and cross-functional coordination with department leads.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and service quality.
- Identify cost optimization and revenue growth opportunities.
- Handle customer and cross-functional escalations.
- Prepare performance reports for senior management.
- Lead, motivate, and develop teams.
- Improve productivity and business efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
- At least 6–8 years of relevant experience in operations, car rental, mobility, automotive, fleet management, or a similar industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple teams or functions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial and analytical understanding of business performance and KPIs.
- Experience managing budgets, costs, revenue, and operational performance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisions.
- UAE experience in car rental, mobility, automotive, or fleet management is highly preferred.
